2) WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER INCLUDES TRACKING NUMBERS
    WHEN THE ITEM IS SHIPPED OUT FROM OUR PREMISES.

3) ORDERS WITH PAYMENT RECEIVED BEFORE 12.00 NOON ARE NORMALLY SHIPPED OUT AT THE SAME OR NEXT WORKING'S
    DAY (MONDAY TO FRIDAY) , DELIVERY IS USUALLY NEXT WORKING DAY AFTER POSTING REQUIRES 3 TO 7 WORKING
    DAYS FOR DELIVERY. DELIVERY TIME MAY BE LONGER DURING LONG HOLIDAYS LIKE HARI RAYA OR C.N.Y

WARRANTY COVERED FOR OUTSOLE OPENED OR DAMAGED ONLY ( NOT COVER FOR SHOE UPPER)
-WE WILL NOT SHIP REPLACEMENT MERCHANDISE UNTILL RECEIPT OR DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEM WITH PRINTED RECEIPT
 AS PROOF OF PURCHASE, AND WE WILL COVER SHIPPING FEE FOR REPLACEMENT OR REPAIRED PRODUCT WITH 14 DAYS.




CANCELLATION POLICY

2.) A 50% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO CANCELLATION FOR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN SHIPPED OUT
