1) The shipping charges will be as follows: -
For West Malaysia
>RM200.00/Order - Free Shipping Charges
For East Malaysia
>RM300.00/Order - Free Shipping Charges
2) We will send you an email within 24 hours confirming your order includes tracking numbers when the item is shipped out from our premises.
3) Orders with payment received before 12.00 noon are normally shipped out at the same or next working's day (Monday to Friday), delivery is usually next working day after posting requires 3 to 7 working days for delivery. Delivery time may be longer during long holidays like Hari Raya or C.N.Y.
EXCHANGE POLICY
All products sold are not returnable or refund.
Kindly note that after buying we ONLY allow exchange of shoe size (For one time only) , NOT exchange from one design to another.
The exchange period is within 7 days. Kindly note that shoes lacking their original tags/packaging or showing signs of dirt or stains will not be eligible for return.
WARRANTY POLICY
One-to-one replacement warranty
You can enjoy up to 45 days warranty for outsoles only from your purchase date.
Please send the damaged/defective item with a printed receipt for proof of purchase.
We will cover shipping fee for replacement or repaired product with 14 days.
Warranty Conditions
We will replace, at our discretion, any safety shoe that proves to be defective regarding its outsoles under these conditions:
1. Manufacturing flaws
2. Defective materials and workmanship
Warranty Exclusion
1. Normal wear and tear
2. Alterations, modifications, or repair work performed by third parties
3. Damages caused by misuse and/or abuse by the wearer
